Our client is a forward-thinking company seeking to enhance employee engagement, communication, and collaboration within their organization. Recognizing the importance of fostering a sense of community among employees, they approached our design team with the vision of developing a mobile app that would serve as a corporate social network.

Feature Development: Our development team worked on implementing the various features of the app, including the audio forums, messaging functionality, group creation, and newsfeed. We prioritized performance, scalability, and security throughout the development process to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

The goal of the project was to design and develop a mobile app that serves as a platform for employees to connect, collaborate, and share their interests in a dynamic and engaging manner. Key features of the app include:-

  1. Audio Forums: A unique feature that allows employees to create and participate in audio-based discussions on various topics of interest.
  2. Profiles: Employee profiles where users can share their interests, expertise, and professional background to facilitate connections within the organization.

4.
Groups: The ability to create and join groups based on common interests, departments, or projects, enabling collaboration and networking within specific communities.
5. Newsfeed: A centralized newsfeed where employees can stay updated on company announcements, events, and relevant discussions within the organization.

User Research:
We conducted thorough user research to understand the needs,
preferences, and challenges of employees within the organization.
Surveys, interviews, and focus groups helped us gather insights into
employee communication habits, preferred social networking features, and
desired functionality for the app.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Based on the research findings, we created wireframes and prototypes to visualize the app’s structure and functionality. We focused on creating an intuitive user interface with seamless navigation and clear calls-to-action for each feature, prioritizing ease of use and accessibility.
